Glory of the Roman Empire – the mobile game – is set during the peak of the Roman Empire. Become famous as city planer building magnificent temples, imposing coliseums or majestic city halls. Plan your city wisely otherwise upset senators will throw you to the lions. To ensure that the Romans can relish bread and games you have to arrange the production buildings cleverly and avoid long transport routes. If your plans are approved by the critical Senate you will be rewarded generously with gold and promotion. But don't spend too much time on your plans; degradation and derision expect all who make the impatient Emperor wait.

Controls/Instructions:
Your career begins in the lowest rank as Curator viarum. Every year a new city project is assigned to you. Your task is to design the city as effective as possible within the given time. If you complete a project within time, the remaining time will count towards your reward. To complete a city project you have to reach the required city value. The more effective the placement of your buildings is the higher your city value will be. Buildings with the same floor plan colour are often linked to each other. Check the help and tips section to find out which buildings are linked to each other. Placing these building next to each other will provide a bonus to you city value. In order to fit the buildings together you can flip the floor plans if necessary.
Your career will last 40 years. Complete two city projects in a row the be promoted. As your rank rises, the projects grow more challenging and your reward is rising, too. Your current rank is saved even when your career has ended. You can start a new game using your previously saved rank. Only clearing the statistic in the main menu will reset your rank to Curator viarum.
